Aligning your inner nature with the rhythms of Mother Earth.

This series was created to share what I learned from my own journey of working with my elements and Mother Earth. After years of working through my own imbalances from stress, anxiety, and just daily life I began to learn about the four elements and how they show themselves within my being. Through the examples Mother Earth provides in the natural world we are able to see and reflect on our function and place within it.

These classes will help you expand your understanding of your four elements. Each month we will focus on a specific element and mode which coincides with the upcoming astrological sign. We will meet over Zoom and discuss the current element, the importance of working with Mother Earth, experience meditations, walk through archetypal energy of each element, and talk about tools and practices you can use to achieve more balance and alignment in your daily life.
